Renee is a character in Dark Cloud. She is the mother of the main character, Toan, and resides in Norune Village.
When the town was attacked by the Fake Genie, she was sealed in Atla sphere along with the rest of Norune Village, later being saved by her son. When rebuilding Toan's house, Renee will ask for the upstairs window of the house to face the sun, so that it will wake her up in the morning. Renee had stated that it feels lonely with only Toan and her living in their house but that changes when a stray cat named Xiao comes into their house and they keep it as their family pet. She is constantly worried about Toan going to the Divine Beast Cave but is very proud of him when he saves Dran. It is unknown whether she is married to Toan's father or not.
