Carl is a character in Dark Cloud, and Alnet's younger brother. He lives with his older sister Alnet in Norune Village. Unfortunately when his house was sealed in Atla, he lost his treasures. If Toan can give him a storage room it should help. Once his (and Alnet's) house is completed, Alnet rewards Toan with a fishing rod, and item that her brother seems to have had his sights set on.
